This smoke alarm solution adpopts a microcontroller-NY8A051H and a MQ-2 smoke sensor to realize functions:

a.Ionization Smoke alarm: When smoke enters the ionisation chamber, it break the charge balance inside.Once the probe detect the change of charge balance, it sends out alarm signal.

b.Both audio and visual alarm: The alarm will in two forms: sound alarm and LED indication.

c.Auto-detection of smoke concentration: Capable of judging whether to sound the alarm according the smoke concentration, so as to prevent false alarm.

d.Manual emergency alarm: Allow for pressing button to sound alarm in case of emergency.

e.Low battery reminder: When the battery is under level, the detector issue reminder by sound/flash light at every 30 seconds.

f.Watchdog self-detection of MCU status.
