1. How the Air Purifier Works

The in-car air purifier is in compact flat square size, a suitable shape to be placed in the cab. Its working principle is to circulate the air in the car through the internal ventilator. The filthy air in the car, such as smell of foods, smokes, and pet odor and etc, will be filtered. It can purify the air in the car, reduce the fatigue of passengers and improve the comfortness effectively.

2. Functions and Features

The air purifier solution designed by Yufan adopts NY8B062D as the controller. After  circuit design, chip programming,testing and debugging, following functions are achieved:

a. Purification function: Connect the purifier to power supply and press the on/off button to start the operation. Press the on/off button to stop the operation.

b. Mood light function：Press and hold the on/off button to enable to mood light. Press and hold the button again to disable the light.

c. Aroma function: Open the bottom cap, and put essence oil to the cotton pad.

The PCB design of the air purifier solution is fully compatible with most of the cabinet toolings in the market. It is an one-sided pcb. Customers are free to alter the exterior design of their product, or get the board custom-made by our RD team when necessary.
