Electric Arc Lighter MCU Solution
The arc lighter operates on the principle of arc pulse discharge, generating high temperatures through pulse arc discharge to ignite cigarettes.
Essentially, when the circuit is connected, an arc is created between the positive and negative poles, quickly igniting upon contact with an object. The plasma arc can reach temperatures of up to 1700 ℃ instantaneously, making it faster and hotter than conventional lighters. This principle applies to other electronic ignition devices as well.
The proposed arc lighter solution utilizes the Nyquest NY8B062F SOT23-8 microcontroller as the main control chip, providing functionalities such as:
In cases where the concentration exceeds the pre-set threshold, the alarm system is triggered to provide concentration monitoring and alert functions. The solution allows for the detection of alcohol concentration values in the air, with different thresholds set according to specific environments to raise awareness of potential hazards.
By leveraging MCU firmware design and programming, the alcohol tester ‘s key features can be customized to create an solution that meets the unique needs and preferences of users, such as:
1) Automatic power-on when the cover is opened.
2) Battery level indication: 4 LED lights indicate battery capacity - 100% (all LEDs lit), 75% (3 LEDs lit), 50% (2 LEDs lit), and 25% (1 LED lit).
3) Running light indication: The battery level indicator lights up in a running light pattern while the arc lighter is ignited.
4) Automatic shut-off: The ignition automatically turns off after 10 seconds.
By leveraging MCU firmware design and programming, these functions can be tailored and fine-tuned to meet specific requirements and enhance the overall performance and user experience of the electric arc lighter.
