As it’s known, portable bladeless neck fan can be used in various situations, such as outdoor activities, sports events, commuting and so on, making a must-have and hot sale item on shopping platforms. To meet increasing demand in the market, YFM also offers custom solution for the portable fan with using YF microcontrollers.

Main Functions

The solution is developed with microcontroller -YF52H54P to achieve required functionality. Typical case such as:

(1) Three working modes adjustable.

(2) Built-in rechargeable lithium battery and Type-C charging port.

(3) Button control: Press to power on; press and hold for 3sec to enable working mode 1; short press to switch through mode 2, mode3 and then power-off.

(4) Led indication: Blue light flashing at working mode; blue light on when fully charged; red light flashing at low battery level; red light on during charging.

The YF52H54P is a multifunctional chip that encapsulate controller chip, charging management IC and other component into one ESOP8 package. The application effectively reduces the board size and simplify the circuit, shorten signal delay time, reduce noise, and minimize capacitance effects, enabling faster signal speeds.
