Electronic Lighter
The electronic lighter is designed for convenience and portability. It eliminates the need for an open flame, ensuring a safe user experience. Additionally, it can be easily recharged and used multiple times, boasting a long lifespan. These advantages have led to its widespread adoption, making it a viable alternative to traditional lighters.
The electronic lighter employs a tungsten wire as its ignition element, allowing for flameless operation that remains unaffected by windy conditions. Users can activate the ignition either by blowing into the device or by using a switch, giving them control over the lighting process.
The functionality of the electronic lighter is controlled by a multi-function 2-in-1 microcontroller. It offers the following features:
Ignition Control: The lighter is activated by blowing and can be extinguished by another blow.
Auto Extinguish: After 8 seconds of ignition, the lighter automatically turns off.
Status Indication: When the lighter is ignited, a red status indicator light illuminates, and it turns off when the device is powered down.
Using the microcontroller brings noticeable benefits. By integrating the main control chip and charging chip, the PCB board space is effectively saved, resulting in cost savings for businesses.
